Scope of Services

Surya Prakash Mathur Vaish (SPM Vaish) as a National Social Activist offers various services to the victims of crime and corruption. He works collaboratively with many national level legal experts and International Criminal Courts Bar Association members representing India as well to offer advice and assistance to the victims of crime and corruption across the Country.

Advocacy and Awareness

Since his student days, SPM Vaish has been working on raising awareness about major social issues like corruption in education, women & children securities, health and civic bodies. He organizes awareness campaigns to promote legal rights and civic responsibilities among citizens.

Policy Influence and Assistance

SPM Vaish is engaging with government bodies for proper enforcement of existing laws. He has filed several complaints and representations with PMO, President of India and various Commissions to provide support to victims of corruption and underprivileged selflessly.

Community Mobilization and Empowerment

SPM believes in community awareness and empowerment. He is working with various community-based organizations (CBOs), RWA's etc to voice community concerns. Awareness among Senior Citizens for their rights is prime motive to build values in society   and make society crime and corruption free.

Environmental Protection and Climate Action

SPM Vaish is promoting sustainable practices like waste management and afforestation in towns and cities. He is fighting against industrial pollution and environmental degradation. He is raising awareness about climate change and its impact. He is working with local communities on conservation and biodiversity projects.

Networking and Collaboration

SPM Vaish is working with Government agencies and Media for larger social impact. He is facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues and public consultation to make a positive impact on reducing crime and corruption in society, especially in the Real Estate sector in Gurgaon, Delhi & NCR.

Documentation and Reporting

He is conducting field research and surveys on various social issues e.g. documenting Human Rights Violation, social injustice, corruption in real estate, education and health sectors. Media has highlighted many of his actions and initiations, reports, interviews, and even google has analysed his activities in public interest on social media platforms.

SPM Vaish is against any kind of crime and corruption. He is ready to assist crime victims at any given time. He promotes and provides an integrated holistic approach as per Indian laws.
